BOI offers an opportunity to communicate with Business and Finance senior management on issues directly concerning Business Officers and their organizations. The Institute encourages discussions on the role of the Business Officer, available resources and current challenges in Financial Management, Audit and Control, Sponsored Projects, Human Resources and Information Systems. |

Management Skills Assessment Program

The UC MSAP is designed to enhance the development of UC managers. The purpose of the assessment process is development; the environment is non-threatening and non-competitive. |

The Institute’s focus is to provide a meaningful learning experience, reflecting academic/ administrative partnership through a team-based, problem-solving model. UCMI builds upon collegial relationships between senior faculty and administrators and provides opportunity for participants to exchange ideas with the presenters and to pose their own views about approaches to effective management at the University. |
